An innocent 18 year old kid from Guatemala was profiled by a St. John’s County deputy outside a hotel he was staying in. The kid didn’t speak english. The officer immediately escalates the situation and starts an altercation. Afterwards however, the officer died of a heart attack. Now the kid is being railroaded by the criminal justice system there, blaming him for the officer’s death.
