You sent me this viral Facebook Post about what cops did to this elderly veteran, so I showed up

Many of my viewers from around the country sent me this viral Facebook post by the wife of an elderly, disabled military veteran (with severe type 2 diabetes) about three police officers abusing him in front of their home in St. Mary’s West Virginia. After she reached out to me, yesterday I drove 3 and a half hours up to the location of the incident to investigate the scene myself. Frankly, I’m shocked by what’s happening up there, and they can’t be allowed to get away with it.

UPDATE 3/20/25:

Cops Shot Innocent Kid in his Bed in a Botched Raid, then Gaslit Us for 2 Years | Lawsuit Just Filed

Two years ago, Darius Lester, a young black man in rural West Virginia, was shot by a West Virginia State Police SWAT team while still in his bed during a botched pre-dawn raid while executing a search warrant at his uncle’s home. Despite the passage of two years, the state police still have not released the findings of their investigation into the shooting. The reason? They were most likely waiting the two years the victim had in which to sue them.

Cop Beats 65 Year-Old Man as Wife Films (the cop’s THIRD recent viral video)

In Columbia, Mississippi, Officer Rodney Yates was caught on video brutally punching a 65-year-old man during a traffic stop over an expired inspection sticker. As it turns out, this wasn’t the first time he starred in a viral video. Nor was it the second. This is his third recent viral video. I have the footage. The community is outraged and they started a petition demanding that the officer be fired.

Here’s the raw, uncensored footage of all three incidents:

Here’s the background on the second video, as posted on Facebook:

He Runs Away and Survives (but then encounters a police officer)

16 year old Konoa Wilson ran for his life after being suddenly shot at by another teenager at the Sante Fe Train Depot in San Diego, California. Police officers were nearby – on the other side of the building – when the shots rang out. The teenager narrowly survived being shot by the other teenager, but as he fled through a corridor, he had no idea that in moments, he would encounter a police officer who would end his life.

Cops Shove Elderly Woman Out the Door (they just leave her on the ground and go back inside)

Deputies with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office literally threw an elderly woman out the door of their jail, telling her, “have a nice day,” then leaving her writhing in pain on the concrete sidewalk, as they walked back inside, smirking.

Cop Breaks Woman’s Arm in Two (then handcuffs her broken arm – backwards)

This woman’s family brought her to a hospital in Broward County, Florida because she was having a mental breakdown. She didn’t want to get out of the truck in the parking lot because she was afraid she would be hurt. She was right ,unfortunately. Several police officers offered to help get her into the hospital. One of those was Deputy Murillo with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. He ended up yanking her out of the truck “by the chain” and then literally breaking her arm in two.

Here’s the full raw footage.

Here’s the complaint from the lawsuit:

This Cop was Suspended, Prosecuted, Fired and Convicted | How is he still there?

In his 12 years on the job, this police officer with the Melvindale, Michigan Police Department has been suspended, criminally charged and fired. But he’s also still there right now. So why? Lt. Matthew Furman says that the only reason there have been so many allegations against him is because he’s “proactive” about stopping crime. He’s currently under investigation by both the Michigan State Police and the Melvindale Police over a traffic stop that quickly escalated to tasing the driver. Officer Furman maintains that he did nothing wrong; that it’s just another false claim.

Dementia Patient Arrested in Walmart as his Wife Shops | Lawyer Exposes Lies and Coverup

66 year-old John Hardwick is a dementia patient who loves to shop with his wife at the Walmart in Danville, Kentucky. As they were shopping, he became separated from his wife. He ended up being harassed by employees of Walmart, who then asked their cop buddies to join the harassment. Several officers with the Danville Police Department then violently arrested John. Surveillance footage captured one of the officers punching Mr. Hardwick 6 times. Sadly, they subsequently continued to prosecute him. Fortunately, his wife hired a great lawyer, and he blew the coverup wide open.
