Video from Texas shows a guy being pulled over based on the allegation that his mud flaps were too short. But then, the officer opens the passenger side door on his own, while holding his pistol. He orders the driver out of his truck, making the new allegation that he smells marijuana. Then he frisks the man and searches his vehicle. During this entire ordeal, the driver is filming with his phone and questioning/accusing the officer. He actually did a really good job of completely destroying the alleged justification for the officer’s conduct.

Bubba’s Go Cart Was Stolen | Cops Walk In and Arrest Him Without a Warrant!
This footage was submitted by Bubba, from Wichita, Kansas. He says that his go cart was stolen, and apparently someone crashed it down the street, causing injury. Bubba recovered the go cart and returned home. But then the cops showed up, demanding information. Without a warrant, a police officer entered his home, tased him multiple times and arrested him. Can they do that without a warrant?
Employee ARRESTED Over Missing Item Found 10 MINUTES Later!
This is an interesting situation. A black employee of a firearms-related company, apparently run by military vets offering a number of different products, realized they were missing an AR-15 “lower,” which was supposed to have been mailed out by a particular employee. Rather than discuss the matter with the employee, they called the cops, who arrested the employee pretty much immediately, ultimately holding him for multiple hours. However, it seems that the missing lower was found only 10 minutes after this man was arrested. Oops… it was all a big mistake. But the employee was still fired and sent packing, with an apology from the cops.

Cop Slaps Handcuffed Man | Caught on Video | Under “Review”
Video footage from a bystander in Jacksonville, Florida captured a police officer slapping a handcuffed arrestee. The man had been pulled over for minor traffic allegations. Then he was asked to step out of his car due to the officer allegedly smelling “burnt marijuana.” The man was handcuffed, and then slammed into his car and slapped while handcuffed, as filmed by a bystander. The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is now reviewing the incident.
Cop Gives $300 in Tickets Over Flipping The Bird!
This footage was sent to me by Jeff Gray, of Honor Your Oath Civil Rights Investigations. It comes to us from Daytona Beach, Florida. It shows multiple police officers harassing a guy on a bicycle who had flipped them “the bird.” As I’ve discussed numerous times, flipping “the bird” to police officers is protected First Amendment speech. In retaliation for that speech, they wrote this guy a ticket for what hopefully is the non-existent crime of riding a bicycle on a sidewalk.
Bad Cops Cost Taxpayers $1.9 million! Here’s Why…
You may remember the video that went viral showing police officers in Aurora, Colorado, holding a black family hostage in a parking lot outside the car. Supposedly the cops thought their car was stolen, based on their (the cops) mistake. The family filed a civil rights lawsuit and just settled for a whopping $1.9 Million Dollars. But, this will continue to happen. Here’s why…
Here’s my prior post on why it’s an unconstitutional policy for police departments to perform these types of detentions without specific information that is particular to the subjects being detained.

54-year-old Sheri Meyer was arrested by West Jordan police officers on Sept. 26, 2022, for felony charges of assault by a prisoner and misdemeanor charges of assault on a police officer, refusing to provide information, and interference with an arresting officer. DJ Plays “Bad Boys” Song | Ends Up ARRESTED!
This footage was submitted by Rhet. It involves the Manistee Police. Rhet is a DJ. Earlier in the evening, he played the song “Bad Boys” when this officer walked into the club. Well, later in the evening, the same officer pulls him over for what was seemingly not an actual traffic offense. One thing leads to another, and Rhet ends up arrested.
Rhet’s original video is here.
Cop Escalates, Then Exaggerates to Supervisor
This footage was submitted by Malik (full video here) showing him being stopped by Savannah Police over allegations that he wasn’t wearing a seat belt. He was getting out of his car when the officer jumped out of the police cruiser and immediately escalated the situation. Malik claims racial profiling. Fortunately, the officer was captured on his own bodycam explaining the situation to his supervisor. Does the footage match-up?
Cop Grabs Kids at School | ACLU Fought a Year to Get This Video!
This incident happened near a high school in Nevada, involving school district police officers and students. Officers later claimed they were investigated reports of the presence of a firearm. But the video shows something else entirely. The government fought release of this video for over a year. Even after being sued by the ACLU, they only released it after a court order. The police union claims it exonerates the officers. What do you think?
Media report here.
