George Henderson spent 29 years serving in the military with 6 overseas deployments. He retired in 2018 after his head injuries and PTSD began to worsen. He was then diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which led to him going missing on December 6. The State of Tennessee issued a Silver Alert. Mr. Henderson was located a day later, 10 miles away, in nearby Guthrie, Kentucky. Unfortunately, he was found by Guthrie, Kentucky police officer J. Pritchett…
Elkins Police Department (former) Officer Christian Mayle has now been terminated, following my last video detailing his recent arrest. As promised, here’s new video footage showing the likely reason that he resigned from his last department, the Barbour County Sheriff’s Department, the day prior to being hired by Elkins Police Department. It shows then-Deputy Mayle trespassing onto an innocent homeowner’s property and confronting him during a deer-strike call that occurred in front of the man’s home. When the man asked the deputy to move is police cruiser so that it didn’t block his driveway, Mayle went anabolic…
In Marysville, Michigan, Jake Kidder was washing his truck at a self serve car wash. An off duty police officer claims to have seen a black man in a Cadillac hand a suspicious bag to Mr. Kidder. Assuming he handed him drugs, he called his on-duty buddies, who responded within minutes. They confronted Mr. Kidder, who responded that the black man was his coworker, who handed him a cigarette. This occurred in St. Clair County, Michigan.
You’ve probably seen the “arrest for laughing” case that has gone repeatedly viral over the past few years. I’m actually the attorney on that case. Just yesterday the Court ruled on the officer’s motion to dismiss and request for qualified immunity. The officer claimed that flashing headlights to warn oncoming motorists was not protected free speech, and that he was justified in handcuffing, frisking and detaining the driver after he laughed at him. What did the Court rule?
Remember the video from about 8 months ago where the cop in Frankfort, Kentucky, barged into a woman’s home without a warrant and illegally arrested her while she was wearing only a towel? She correctly tells (former) Officer Larry “Gus” Curtis that he can’t do that – that what he was doing was illegal, due to the fact that he was acting without a warrant. Curtis tells her, “if it’s illegal, then file a civil lawsuit.” Well, she did file a civil lawsuit and it just settled. Was it enough?
Many of my viewers from around the country sent me this viral Facebook post by the wife of an elderly, disabled military veteran (with severe type 2 diabetes) about three police officers abusing him in front of their home in St. Mary’s West Virginia. After she reached out to me, yesterday I drove 3 and a half hours up to the location of the incident to investigate the scene myself. Frankly, I’m shocked by what’s happening up there, and they can’t be allowed to get away with it.
66 year-old John Hardwick is a dementia patient who loves to shop with his wife at the Walmart in Danville, Kentucky. As they were shopping, he became separated from his wife. He ended up getting violently arrested by officers with the Danville Police Department. They ended up at the hospital, claiming that Mr. Hardwick was intoxicated, rather than suffering from severe dementia. New footage reveals the shocking events that occurred in between, when the Boyle County jail refused to admit Mr. Hardwick. The real reason isn’t what the cops told people at the hospital, nor what they put in their report.
Here’s the jail’s “denial of admission” form from Mr. Hardwick’s visit there:
Here’s where the Chief of Police gaslit the public:
Here’s where the arresting officers lied in their report about the jail refusal:
Here’s where the prosecutor was attempting to gaslight a judge, asking for this elderly dementia patient to plead guilty to being intoxicated, when he wasn’t intoxicated:
My client was driving in Martinsburg, West Virginia. He saw a police car belonging to the Martinsburg Police Department. Desiring to express some protected First Amendment speech, he flipped them the bird – the middle finger. They immediately pulled him over. A federal civil rights lawsuit is currently pending.
66 year old John Hardwick was arrested and beaten by the Danville (Kentucky) Police Department. Officer TJ Godbey punched him 6 times. As it turns out, this wasn’t Officer Godbey’s first time arresting and beating an elderly dementia patient.
66 year-old John Hardwick is a dementia patient who loves to shop with his wife at the Walmart in Danville, Kentucky. As they were shopping, he became separated from his wife. He ended up being harassed by employees of Walmart, who then asked their cop buddies to join the harassment. Several officers with the Danville Police Department then violently arrested John. Surveillance footage captured one of the officers punching Mr. Hardwick 6 times. Sadly, they subsequently continued to prosecute him. Fortunately, his wife hired a great lawyer, and he blew the coverup wide open.
