(Totally Wasted) Cop Beats DUI Arrest Despite Mountain of Evidence | “Confidential” Arrest Exposed

In October of 2024, Monroe County (Florida) Deputy Jonathon Lane pulled over a dad/husband who was hauling a boat too slowly. The driver had previously suffered from a traumatic brain injury (TBI). Deputy Lane immediately escalated the situation to a felony arrest of the driver, afterwards lecturing the man’s wife about his integrity and the importance of following the law. But as it turns out, Deputy Jonathon Lane has a “confidential” past that exposes his own law-breaking, as well as his department’s apparent coverup of that law-breaking. As promised, here’s the footage of Deputy Lane’s arrest, which is shocking in light of the fact that he ended up getting the case dismissed and subsequently listed in records as “confidential.”

Part 2 still to come…

Cop Shows Up at Yard Sale, Detains Man on His Porch for 45 Minutes (without a warrant)

In Bowling Green, Kentucky, a man and his girlfriend were trying to have a yard sale when police officers from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and the Bowling Green Police Department appeared and accused them of shoplifting, due to there being multiple duplicate items for sale on the tables in the front yard. Despite not having a warrant, the officers refused to leave, detaining a man and attempting to interrogate him on the home’s front porch for over 45 minutes.

Motorcycle Cop Stops “Jerk” Sheriff Who Thinks He’s Above The Law

An Oklahoma City police officer pulled over Canadian County (OK) Sheriff Chris West for speeding (outside of Canadian County). Almost immediately, he recognizes Sheriff West, who proceeds to demand special treatment, ultimately lecturing – and perhaps threatening/intimidating – the officer, who only gave him a warning. He just happens to be one of the sheriffs who were just with President Trump in the White House a couple of months ago, and also the same sheriff who has long operated a cash seizure trap on his highways that seizes cash from law-abiding Americans.

Police Chief’s Road Rage Disguised as Traffic Stop

According to Manheim Township (Pennsylvania) Police, Benny Xavier Pena-Rivera, 24, was charged with aggravated assault, evading arrest or detention on foot, resisting arrest, reckless driving, driving under suspension- DUI related and five counts of summary vehicle code violations after he assaulted the police chief and fled the scene during a traffic stop. The only problem was… video later surfaced contradicting the story alleged by police chief Duane Fisher, who performed the stop, and who is now under investigation.

Cops Arrest Paraplegic in Wheelchair for “Kicking Down” Woman’s Door and Fleeing “On Foot”

In June of 2024, a woman called police and claimed Charles Read kicked down her door and assaulted her, then fled on foot. Officer Mark Bellotte obtained an arrest warrant for Mr. Read. The only problem was… Mr. Read has been in a wheelchair for 25 years.

Motorcyclist Gets Choked (to De@th) at Traffic Stop, Cops Pretend He OD’d | Busted by Bodycam

Deputies in Ashe County, North Carolina stopped motorcyclist Stuart Mast over an alleged traffic violation in September of 2024. Within seconds of being pulled over, his life would be over. The local sheriff put out a statement to the public and the media that, as it turns out, is completely contradicted by the bodycam footage, which was just released.

Cop’s Family Sent Me Hatemail, So I Got the Video Exposing What He Did

Monongalia County Sheriff’s Deputy Lance Kuretza was indicted by the Feds as a result of this never-before-seen bodycam footage showing him suddenly confronting and arresting an innocent man, who was sleeping in a hotel room. I tried to get the footage over two years ago. Since then, he was acquitted by a federal jury in his criminal prosecution. Now he’s back to work as a deputy. But should he have a badge in light of this footage, showing what really happened that night?

A media report about the trial, revealing shocking testimony from an EMT an unnamed deputy lied to her about the cause of Mr. Graciano’s injuries:

EMS was eventually called to the department and the jury heard from one of the emergency medical technicians (EMT) who responded to the call.

Camden Boggs, who worked as an EMT with Star City at the time, said a deputy in a black shirt told him Graziano “was drunk downtown starting fights and got beat up.” He could not say whether that deputy was Kuretza.

Boggs said a fight made sense because he initially saw blunt force trauma and at minimum a fracture to the nose or eye and at maximum a traumatic brain injury. He testified that Graziano’s right eye was so swollen, EMTs could not pry it open to evaluate his pupils for brain injuries.

Initially, Boggs said Graziano wanted to go to the hospital, but after being told by an unidentified deputy that by not going to the hospital he could see the magistrate sooner and go home sooner, Graziano then refused to go with the EMTs.

Fourth Circuit caselaw I referred to in the video regarding the 4th Amendment rights of hotel tenants is here. This is based on the US Supreme Court opinion from Stoner v. California.

The RAW footage, showing that not only did I not edit in a misleading way, I substantially censored the footage in order to comply with Youtube’s guidelines. The raw footage is much worse. Here is the full, unedited, footage from Lance Kuretza’s bodycam from January 18, 2018:

Here’s a clip of Deputy Ethan Mongold encouraging Deputy Kuretza to give Mr. Graciano “the solution.”

Here’s the portion of the trial transcript (from above) that features Deputy Ethan Mongold testifying under oath to the jury that he admits that is indeed his voice that can be heard encouraging Kuretza to “give him the solution,” but unfortunately doesn’t remember saying it, and doesn’t remember why he would have said it – and also doesn’t know what “the solution” was.

Remember the Missing Vet with Dementia Cops Found at a Gas Station? UPDATE

George Henderson spent 29 years serving in the military with 6 overseas deployments. He retired in 2018 after his head injuries and PTSD began to worsen. He was then diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which led to him going missing on December 6. The State of Tennessee issued a Silver Alert. Mr. Henderson was located a day later, 10 miles away, in nearby Guthrie, Kentucky. Unfortunately, he was found by Guthrie, Kentucky police officer J. Pritchett…

Parents Call 911 for Ambulance (but cops show up first) | Deputy Resigns | LAWSUIT Results

Two years ago I posted body cam footage submitted by Janet, of Union County, Illinois, showing her son, who suffered from meth-induced mental illness, being tased by police officers. Imagine parents calling 911 for an ambulance, and instead, police officers, aware that they have a warrant for the son, show up instead, and without an ambulance. Instead of medical treatment, they use force. I just found out that the officer resigned and the civil lawsuit settled.

Prior post is here with the uncensored raw footage.
