Man Threatens to SUE Cops, Cops Tell Judge Man Said ‘SHOOT’ Cops

This is Daniel Waltson. He was arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot police officers while they were at his home the previous night. A judge signed an arrest warrant after cops told him that Daniel “threatened to shoot the police for being on his property.” His house was besieged by police officers aiming guns at his home, where his two young kids were inside. He was arrested at gunpoint and placed in handcuffs. He spent 3 days in jail, lost his job, and was later indicted by a grand jury. Yet the entire time, there was video footage of the alleged threat, that completely exonerated Daniel, proving that he never threatened to shoot police officers. Rather, he threatened to “sue” police officers.

Cops See a Guy Who Looks Similar to the Actual Suspect (so they just grab him and call it a day)

In Las Vegas, a police officer saw a man with a gun. It wasn’t actually a real gun – just a “finger gun” – a harmless hand gesture. Though harmless, the officer was not happy about it, and decided to get his buddies and go teach the guy a lesson. The officer noticed that the suspect was a black male driving a black Dodge Durango, and saw him turn into a nearby parking garage.

The suspect parked, took the garage elevator to the ground floor and when the elevator opened, there were no cops waiting for him. He walked off and probably had a good time that night. But, when another black male, who had entered the parking garage in a different car, after the black Durango also subsequently took the same elevator to the ground floor, cops were waiting for him – the wrong guy, ready to teach him a lesson….

Police Captain Caught by FBI Staging Innocent CEO’s Arrest for Social Media

Captain David Boruchowitz was the face of law enforcement in Nye County, Nevada, showing up on the news, social media, and even police reality TV shows. But behind the badge, a darker story was brewing. In 2019 he arrested Angela Evans, the CEO Valley Electric (VEA) – a local power company, accusing her of embezzling services by moving a power pole on her own property. As it turns out, that allegation was a total lie. But the damage was done. She lost her job and ended up filing a civil lawsuit. So why did he do it? Believe it or not, Boruchowitz was later exposed by the FBI to be part of a conspiracy to oust this woman as CEO and replace her with his co-conspirator, Ken Johnson. A central part of this scheme were elaborate Facebook and YouTube videos produced by the Nye County Sheriff’s Office for the purpose of effecting the conspiracy. Despite getting caught, indicted and convicted, Boruchowitz ended up not spending a single day in prison.

Trooper Gets SUED AGAIN for Arresting Innocent Door Dash Driver | Lawsuit & Bodycam

A little over two weeks ago, I posted a video showing Kentucky State Police Trooper Myron Jackson wrongfully arresting a mom of three who was on her own porch, filming Trooper Jackson’s illegal traffic stop. The bogus criminal charge against the mom was dropped by prosecutors and a lawsuit was filed. Now yet another lawsuit has been filed against Trooper Jackson – this time for the wrongful arrest of an innocent Door Dash driver. I have the exclusive first look at the lawsuit and the bodycam footage. Just like the prior video, prosecutors dropped the bogus criminal charge. But looking a little deeper into the Kentucky State Police, it’s no huge mystery where Jackson learned to make these sorts of unconstitutional arrests.

Cop Arrests Mom of 3 Filming His Illegal Traffic Stop | She Wins in Court

On July 31, 2024, Kentucky State Police Trooper Myron Jackson took exception to Christen Johnson, a dental assistant and mom of 3 young children, silently filming his illegal traffic stop from her front porch. Trooper Jackson stormed up to Christen and threatened her, “Go inside of the house or I will take you from your kids and take you to jail.”

When Christen remained filming on her porch, Trooper Jackson grabbed her, forcefully pulled her from her porch, and dragged her across the ground. Christen’s two, seven, and ten-year-old children screamed and cried, watching helplessly as their mother was violently hand- cuffed and dragged away to jail. When she got out of jail the next day, she was forced to walk several miles home, and when she got there, she found her children gone.

Grandmother Arrested on 25 Year-Old Warrant for Someone Else | Lawsuit Filed!

In the blink of an eye, a peaceful day of yardwork for Penny McCarthy turned into a nightmare. She was on her driveway in Phoenix, Arizona, in a sleeveless shirt, shorts, and slippers, when a team of United States Marshals pulled up in unmarked vehicles and aimed firearms at her.

Penny—who is a 67-year-old grandmother—was clearly at their mercy. And yet, the officers threatened to “hit” her, frisked her, placed her in handcuffs and ankle shackles, and drove her away from home. The officers did not so much as check Penny’s driver’s license or run any other basic checks on her identity before violently arresting her.

The whole time, Penny calmly but persistently insisted that there must be a mistake. The officers claimed that she was Carole Rozak, for whom they had an arrest warrant. But Penny was not Rozak, and Penny had no connection to Rozak. The officers had made a huge, inexcusable error.

When Cops Stop the Wrong Black Man

Derrick House was returning home from a trip to Costco, headed to make dinner with his family. An unmarked car comes speeding up from behind him, suddenly blocking him in. Cops jump out and start pointing their pistols at him, threatening to shoot him in the face. What did he do wrong? Apparently he was just a black male driving a Volkswagen. Even though it was the wrong make, color (and license plate number) the cops figured it was close enough.

Cops Handcuffed 11 Year Old Girl Walking Home From School (then had to release her)

Deputies in Onondaga County, New York bravely captured the wrong dangerous 11 Year Old, handcuffing her in front of her friends, who filmed the incident. Sheriff Toby Shelley said the deputies had received a description of a girl who allegedly ran from a stolen car just half an hour before. Turns out, it was the wrong person. Sheriff Shelley explained that handcuffing the innocent 11 Year Old was completely appropriate.

Wrong Mom Arrested on Christmas Eve | 75 Hour Jail Nightmare | Help Her Get Justice

What was supposed to be a joyous Christmas celebration turned into a nightmare for Jennifer Heath Box, when Broward County, Florida, sheriff’s deputies arrested her and threw her in jail for three days—all because they refused to check their paperwork to make sure they had the right person. Because of indifference of police and jail personnel, Jennifer missed Christmas with her family and, most importantly, missed seeing her son before he deployed overseas with the United States Marines. Fortunately, the Institute for Justice is on the case

My Video Made the News in Idaho | Cop Surfaces, the Bodycam! | UPDATE

UPDATE to the case where my video made the TV news in Idaho. The cop, former Meridian Police Officer Bradley Chambers, who disappeared, has now surfaced at another agency. Also, I now have all the police bodycam footage from the incident. The footage corroborates much of what we already knew. But it also raises new questions.

Here’s my first blog post on this incident with the prior videos and details.
