Arrested for “Improperly Crossing the Road” (while recording cops)

Gerald Shields saw an unusually large number of cop cars at a traffic stop. He began filming them from across the public street. No yelling, no interference, no threats. Just recording what police officers were doing – in public, from a safe distance. But minutes later, Gerald was face-down on the ground, injured, and under arrest. The alleged crime? Improperly crossing the street. But as it turns out, that wasn’t actually a crime. The officers were just harassing Gerald because he was filming them. They didn’t even deny it… 

Arrested For Being in a McDonald’s Bathroom Too Long (then dies)

The manager of a McDonald’s in Riverside, California called 911, concerned that a guy had been in their bathroom stall for an hour. His name was Peter Villalobos. He was not alleged to have committed any crime.  So how and why did he end up dying in the custody of the Riverside Police Department that morning? The police department apparently is having difficulty figuring it out. Perhaps we can find some clues in the recently released bodycam footage…

On a sunny day in St. Cloud, Florida, police officers gathered, like storm clouds, around an upscale residential neighborhood. They were heavily armed, quick response teams waiting around every corner; helicopter on overwatch. K9 at the ready. They were prepared for anything. Everyone involved had been briefed on the operation. It was go-time. They converged on their suspect with clock-like precision. But why were they there? They were about to foil a terrorism plot? Armed and dangerous fugitive? Escaped serial killer?

Or was it an innocent guy in his home who wasn’t under arrest, and they just had some questions for him about a bar fight earlier in the day?

Cops Attacks 76 Year Old Man | Gets Arrested and Charged | UPDATE

Back in March of 2024, I brought you a story that honestly shocked a lot of people — including me. A 76-year-old man, standing on his own property in Oilton, Oklahoma… attacked by the very officer who was supposed to protect him. We broke that story right here on this channel — and that video ended up being seen by over a million people. Well, now there’s been a major update. That same officer — the one from that video — has now been criminally charged. And not just for that one incident… but for multiple crimes, including one that is much, much darker.

Remember the video from two weeks ago showing a Leon County (Florida) deputy who was so paranoid, that he sees a guy (Robert) parked at a gas pump, with a gas pump in his hand, trying to pump some gas, and he immediately thinks it’s something else in his hand? At one point in the video an off-duty out-of-state police officer at the scene walks into the gas station and interacts with the deputy. He reached out to me and provided his own footage (and explanation) about what happened…

Cops Terrify Innocent Family, Injure the Disabled Veteran Dad, Then Realize They Made a Mistake

This disabled military veteran was completely confused when police officers showed up at his home one evening, telling him they wanted him to step outside and talk. When he wisely said no, even though they had no warrant, the officers then barged into his home in front of his entire family, handcuffing him, threatening to tase him, and throwing him to the ground, injuring him in front of his shocked family. Then these cops realized that, oops, they were at the wrong person’s house. 

Why? They were looking for a shoplifter who allegedly stole $150 worth of shrimp from a Winn Dixie who was not him, and who didn’t even match his description. That’s bad enough. But the most shocking thing about it is that an entire group of police officers thought they were entitled to just barge in a guy’s home without a warrant? Every government employee from top to bottom responsible for this must be held accountable.

Off Duty Cop Draws Down on the Neighborhood Kids

On September 28, 2025 in Hilton Head, South Carolina, an off-duty police officer with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office drew down on several neighborhood kids, assaulting them, placing them in fear for their lives. Shockingly, neighborhood men came to the rescue… but not to the kids’ rescue. Rather, they helped the off-duty cop (reported to be Deputy Billy Squires), who has now apparently been suspended without pay, pending investigation. Fortunately, there was video footage, released to social media by the aunt of one of the kids, asking the community to share the footage.

In Las Vegas, a police officer saw a man with a gun. It wasn’t actually a real gun – just a “finger gun” – a harmless hand gesture. Though harmless, the officer was not happy about it, and decided to get his buddies and go teach the guy a lesson. The officer noticed that the suspect was a black male driving a black Dodge Durango, and saw him turn into a nearby parking garage.

The suspect parked, took the garage elevator to the ground floor and when the elevator opened, there were no cops waiting for him. He walked off and probably had a good time that night. But, when another black male, who had entered the parking garage in a different car, after the black Durango also subsequently took the same elevator to the ground floor, cops were waiting for him – the wrong guy, ready to teach him a lesson….

Man Buys His Dream Truck, Then Gets Arrested For Driving a Stolen Truck

Coast Guard officer, Shane Sprague, bought a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X on June 21 from Doral Volkswagen in South Florida. For many years, Shane had wanted this specific truck: a GMC 1500 AT4X. He worked hard, and made sacrifices, to be able to save money for the down payment. He put down a $15,000 deposit, traded in a 2012 Ford Focus for $1,500, and financed the rest of the $61,230 purchase price through the dealer. A dealership employee even snapped a photo of Shane looking happy with his purchase, and later texted him, thanking him for the sale and wishing him well. But, 10 days later, on July 1, an unmarked F-150 rammed his rear bumper, and he was arrested at gunpoint by Broward County deputies…
