Elderly Diabetic Man Body-Slammed For Stealing Beer and Milk | His Trial Starts in 4 Days

A 63 year old diabetic who was apparently suffering a low blood sugar episode, being confused, went into a gas station and believing himself to be the owner of the store, grabbed beer and milk, then went outside and began to drink them. The actual store owner called police, seeking help for the man, who he believed was suffering a mental emergency. But when the police arrived, they immediately went hands-on, trying to grab the man’s beer, and then body slammed this elderly diabetic man onto the concrete ground, while taunting him.

After realizing the man is diabetic, they called paramedics and their supervisor. The paramedics said the man needed to go immediately to the hospital, but the cops said no. So the paramedics left without the elderly man who was suffering an apparent medical emergency. Then when the supervisor got there, the cops said nothing about the medical emergency, and then lied about the man throwing his beer on him, which is easily disproven by the video footage. So instead of medical help, this man got violence instead, and then a bunch of criminal charges. Now, in just a few days, the man is facing a trial, for which he may be looking at years in prison.

Cop Costs Taxpayers $4 Million for Blinding Innocent Man, Gets Promoted

You may have seen in the news, a federal jury in Michigan just awarded 4 million dollars to a man who got his eyeball squished like a grape, after being sucker-punched by a police officer for no reason. Daniel Reiff was on his way to a roofing job. He and his coworker, Ryan, stopped at Ryan’s house to get some tools. As they walked through the neighborhood, a neighbor got suspicious and called the police on a non-emergency number, reporting that she didn’t recognize two “younger looking kids.”

The Clinton Township police apparently didn’t have much going on that day, so they sent the cavalry – 8 police cruisers in total, who scrambled to the scene, even speeding and weaving through oncoming traffic, as if they were headed to a bank robbery. When Daniel saw this, having had prior bad experiences with the police, he left Ryan’s house and headed towards his bus stop. But Officer Broc Setty spotted him, got out of his car and chased him down, whooping a battle cry, as if he was a Viking about to murder some monks at a monastery. And actually Officer Setty wasn’t all that far off. When he caught up to Daniel, he sucker-punched him in the face, which ended up squishing Daniel’s eyeball like a grape, permanently blinding him.

UPDATE! He Runs Away and Survives (but then encounters a police officer)

A 16-year-old boy was running for his life after being shot at in downtown San Diego. He was not a threat and not a suspect, yet he was shot in the back by a police officer who only saw him for ONE second before deciding to pull the trigger. Sadly, that young man lost his life that night, which I detailed in a video back in March. Now it has been announced that the City is set to agree to THE LARGEST police settlement in US history – 30 million dollars.

UPDATE: Cop Who Beat Grandpa Napping With Pet Cockatoo INDICTED

Over two years ago I showed you a video about a 62 year old grandfather named Kevin Hinton. He was driving late one night on a road trip, returning from meeting his brand-new baby granddaughter in Oregon. He was too tired to continue driving. He couldn’t keep his eyes open. So he pulled over in a public parking lot in Spokane, Washington to take a nap. He was awakened by the arrival of Sgt. Clay Hilton with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. Three minutes later, he would have 8 broken ribs, a punctured lung, a severe concussion, a shoulder injury, and a disfigured lip. Why? Because Sgt. Hilton thought this 62 year old grandfather was rude to him. Now, over 2 years later, there’s a huge update on my original video. Sgt. Hilton has been fired, and is now facing federal criminal charges.

Cops Aim Guns at Mom and 6 Year-Old on a Roadtrip

A 27 year old mom with a 6 year old little boy safely buckled in the rear seat pulls into an Arkansas gas station in a white Lincoln sedan. Suddenly multiple police cars speed towards her, slamming on their brakes. Multiple Arkansas State Troopers (Troop “L”) jump out aiming rifles and pistols at the mom, as well as her innocent 6 year old son. But it was the wrong car and the wrong suspect. And the worse thing about this incident is what these cops did after they realized their mistake.

Arrested For Being in a McDonald’s Bathroom Too Long (then dies)

The manager of a McDonald’s in Riverside, California called 911, concerned that a guy had been in their bathroom stall for an hour. His name was Peter Villalobos. He was not alleged to have committed any crime.  So how and why did he end up dying in the custody of the Riverside Police Department that morning? The police department apparently is having difficulty figuring it out. Perhaps we can find some clues in the recently released bodycam footage…

Army of Cops Appears on 71 Year Old Man’s Lawn to “Talk”

On a sunny day in St. Cloud, Florida, police officers gathered, like storm clouds, around an upscale residential neighborhood. They were heavily armed, quick response teams waiting around every corner; helicopter on overwatch. K9 at the ready. They were prepared for anything. Everyone involved had been briefed on the operation. It was go-time. They converged on their suspect with clock-like precision. But why were they there? They were about to foil a terrorism plot? Armed and dangerous fugitive? Escaped serial killer?

Or was it an innocent guy in his home who wasn’t under arrest, and they just had some questions for him about a bar fight earlier in the day?

Cops Attacks 76 Year Old Man | Gets Arrested and Charged | UPDATE

Back in March of 2024, I brought you a story that honestly shocked a lot of people — including me. A 76-year-old man, standing on his own property in Oilton, Oklahoma… attacked by the very officer who was supposed to protect him. We broke that story right here on this channel — and that video ended up being seen by over a million people. Well, now there’s been a major update. That same officer — the one from that video — has now been criminally charged. And not just for that one incident… but for multiple crimes, including one that is much, much darker.

Paranoid Cop Mistakes Gas Pump For a Pistol | UPDATE: Off-Duty Officer Responds

Remember the video from two weeks ago showing a Leon County (Florida) deputy who was so paranoid, that he sees a guy (Robert) parked at a gas pump, with a gas pump in his hand, trying to pump some gas, and he immediately thinks it’s something else in his hand? At one point in the video an off-duty out-of-state police officer at the scene walks into the gas station and interacts with the deputy. He reached out to me and provided his own footage (and explanation) about what happened…

Off Duty Cop Draws Down on the Neighborhood Kids

On September 28, 2025 in Hilton Head, South Carolina, an off-duty police officer with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office drew down on several neighborhood kids, assaulting them, placing them in fear for their lives. Shockingly, neighborhood men came to the rescue… but not to the kids’ rescue. Rather, they helped the off-duty cop (reported to be Deputy Billy Squires), who has now apparently been suspended without pay, pending investigation. Fortunately, there was video footage, released to social media by the aunt of one of the kids, asking the community to share the footage.
